Overview
Interactive Systems, Streaming Infrastructure, and Conservation Platforms
Led interactive systems, digital infrastructure, and platform development for one of the world’s largest natural-habitat zoological parks, spanning public exhibits, early web platforms, live media systems, and conservation technology.
Designed and delivered large-scale educational environments combining touch-screen exhibits, multimedia storytelling, digital guides, and the zoo’s first web, multimedia, and e-commerce platforms.
Worked across exhibit design, veterinary science, research, education, and operations to translate complex environmental and biological systems into accessible public experiences at institutional scale.
Partnered directly with Time Warner on more than $1 million in fiber-optic infrastructure and live camera systems, enabling streaming of internal exhibits across the park and establishing one of the earliest live-streamed wildlife environments in the field.
Extended the platform beyond visitor engagement into conservation and field research through satellite tracking, geomapping, and bio-acoustic analysis supporting wildlife monitoring, behavioral study, and public education.
Outcomes
Public Reach, Infrastructure, and Conservation Impact
Helped transform the zoo into a technology-forward educational and conservation environment serving more than 1 million visitors annually.
Established foundational digital infrastructure that expanded the zoo’s reach beyond its physical boundaries through live exhibit streaming, early web distribution, and public media access.
Delivered durable interactive systems that strengthened visitor engagement, educational programming, and conservation storytelling across millions of guest interactions.
Supported conservation and species-research efforts through integrated technology systems for tracking, analysis, and field-study workflows.
Created an early model for how science, technology, media, and public education could work together inside a large-scale zoological and conservation institution.
